Description: This award is awarded to the wrestler who we feel improved the most from the start of the season.
Breakdown: I really like giving out this award because it allows me to see the wrestler who maybe started the season rocky, but was never deterred, and continued to improve and make a run. This year's Hoosiermat Most Improved Wrestler award goes to Lowell's Hunter Mallory. Mallory brought a 9-8 record into the new year, but went 13-5 and ended the year downtown. I also want to mention Garrett's Jackson Endsley, who could have claimed this award as well, starting the year 11-8 and finishing 18-6 to qualify. Congrats to Hunter Mallory on winning this year's Hoosiermat Most Improved Wrestler Award.
