Description: This award is awarded to the wrestler that we feel improved the most from last season.
Breakdown: Center Grove's Sean Breedlove is this year's winner of the Hoosiermat Breakout Wrestler of the Year award. Breedlove has always been around and on the radar, but we were not sure when he would jump to what he was in middle school. As a freshman, his season ended at the regional. Last year, he made it to the ticket round. This season, he looked like the best 175-pound wrestler in the state from start to finish. In his journey to an undefeated season. he beat this year's runner-up twice, the third placer twice, the fourth placer twice, the 5th, 6th and 8th-placers, as well as the fourth placer up a weight at 190. Congrats to Sean Breedlove on winning this year's Hoosiermat Most Improved Wrestler Award.
